Diploma in Children’s Services
Hello, I’m Megan the Centre Manager here at Success Early Learning. My partner Matt and I are parents of two beautiful boys who also attend the service and a fur baby labradoodle Max. We live in the local area of Cockburn and can be regularly seen out and about as a family all over Perth, we enjoy going to parks and eating out. We love spending time with our extended families and this is one of our most central values. My parents are a massive part of our daily life as I do believe it really does take a village to raise children.
My passion is in the management of an Early Education and Care service. I enjoy building the knowledge and empowering the teams I work with to provide high quality education and care for the children and families.
The first 5 years of a child’s life is important and can have an significant impact shaping the little minds as they grow. If I can even have a small impact on the educators, children and families at Success Early Learning I will be helping shape a brighter future.
Hello families, my name is Lucy and I am the Educational Leader here at Success Early Learning.
I graduated from Curtin University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood). After which I worked in early intervention for children with disabilities, before commencing here at Success in August 2020 as a room leader.
I have a strong interest in nature play and risk taking in early childhood, believing this leads to competent, confident and capable learners. As educational leader I support educators to provide authentic and child-led learning experiences.
